Zack is a veteran of the british esports scene. He grew up playing Counter-Strike and managed multiple teams over the course of his career. 

In 2020, Zack joined upcoming esports organization Rix.GG, where he was responsible of all competitive teams as the organization’s Head of Esports and later Chief Gaming Officer.  

Zack joined Quadrant, the esports organization of Formula 1 Driver Lando Norris, as Head of Talent & Gaming in 2023.

Jan has more than 10 years of experience in the professional esports industry, ranging from media, tournament organization, team management and being a professional player and coach.

He competed as a professional esports player for mousesports and other teams in Europe, until joining Fnatic in 2016 and taking a Coach / Manager role with various teams. Winning titles with the Heroes of the Storm, Paladins and Vainglory teams, Jan was promoted to Head of Team Operations and League of Legends Team Director, where he was responsible for leading organization wide esport operations and everything concerning League of Legends at Fnatic.

After leaving Fnatic in 2020, Jan started working with various companies and teams in the esports industry as a Freelancer, one of which being British organization Rix.GG, where Jan served as COO and CEO. In 2022, he joined Nigma Galaxy as Head of Operations.
